**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a **Sales Consultant**, to join our team at **Toyota Cowra.** To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

**The role will involve**:

- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
- Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
- Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
- Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the automotive industry.
- Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals
- A commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid NSW driver’s license.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
