Job Title: Strategic Business Development Director

Overview:

This role involves working with the global team of professionals to develop business opportunities and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, strategic planning, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities include facilitating company-wide sales training programs, guiding account managers on account plan development and implementation, and providing business partner support to business unit leadership.

  • Act as the right-hand person to the Australia/Asia Regional Leadership Team
  • Coach and advise internal teams on developing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Provide business intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies and pipeline management

Additional responsibilities include engaging pursuit teams, identifying areas for improvement, and answering questions on other areas supported by the Client Action Team.

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional who can make a significant impact in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in an Account Manager or Business Development Manager role
  • Strong business acumen combined with high emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence from the side

Other requirements include experience in one of Hatch's core industries, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
