**Federal Court of Australia - Registrar Support Team Leader**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Registrar Support Team Leader. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective management of court operations and providing exceptional support to registrars.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to registrar support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for enhancing case management processes, improving efficiency, and reducing delays.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including registrars, judges, and external partners.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize court operations and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in court administration, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead high-performing teams, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of court procedures, policies, and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
