Overview:
MUFG Pension & Market Services seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide exceptional service to insurers and the client Trustee. This role involves managing death, terminal illness, income protection, permanent incapacity, and total and permanent disablement claims with professionalism and empathy.
The ideal candidate will balance member needs with operational limits, treating each claim as unique and ensuring members receive accurate and timely information.

- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

Requirements:
- Group insurance knowledge and analytical skills

- Minimum 1 year case management experience in group life claims or equivalent
