The Role

We are seeking a passionate and authentic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert sleep solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their sleep needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, and operate computers to deliver an awesome customer experience
Requirements
  • Retail experience selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate high standards
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Computer knowledge is beneficial, with experience with Pronto an advantage
  • The desire to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely
