Academic Director of Population Health Initiatives

The Academic Director of Population Health Initiatives will provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning offerings and research programs within the School of Population Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate a culture of academic excellence by fostering collaboration among faculty members, promoting best practices in teaching and research, and ensuring alignment with the Faculty's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the School's reputation for academic rigor, innovation, and impact, both locally and globally.
- Leverage partnerships with external stakeholders to drive research funding, collaborations, and knowledge translation, thereby expanding the School's reach and influence.
- A PhD in a relevant discipline area, preferably with a strong background in population health research.
- A proven track record of academic leadership, including experience in curriculum design, program evaluation, and faculty development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including faculty members, students, and external partners.
