Exciting Opportunity for Flood Modelling Expert

About the Role
  • Lead and deliver surface water modelling projects for major transport infrastructure.
  • Conduct flood impact assessments, waterway assessments, and surface water modelling.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate flood modelling and drainage design into large-scale infrastructure planning.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, manage project deliverables, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Support business growth through proposal development.
About You
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
  • At least 10 years' experience in flood modelling and surface water engineering for transport infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in tools like TUFLOW, WBNM, RORB, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and QGIS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ARR, TMR standards, and Austroads guidelines.
