Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & Industrial Energy Specialist to join our growing team at Kraken Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy supply market in Australia and be able to ensure that our product roadmap delivers solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities of C&I energy suppliers and their customers within this region.

About the Role:

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the C&I energy market within Australia and APAC, including market trends, regulatory changes, customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Be the primary point of contact for understanding C&I customer needs within APAC region and translating them into actionable product requirements.
  • Define and champion the product vision and strategy for the C&I segment within APAC region within the Kraken Customer Product, aligning it with the overall Kraken Technologies strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to develop and prioritize the product roadmap for C&I features and functionalities in APAC region.
  • Own the product backlog for C&I related features, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and reflects the needs of the market and our clients within APAC region.
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and clients within APAC region.
  • Work closely with the go-to-market team to ensure successful product launches within APAC region.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations for future development.
  • Collaborate with other product owners, engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the Kraken platform.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor offerings in the C&I energy space within APAC region to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
