About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team as a Clinic Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, working closely with doctors, nurses, and reception staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

  • Manage clinic operations with independence and ownership, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency, patient experience, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate rostering, timely issue resolution, and adherence to clinic KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and reception staff to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements
  • Practice Manager or Senior Medical Receptionist experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Certificate IV in Practice Management or Business Administration preferred (not essential).
