Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at C&K Bradman Street Community Long Day Care. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and educational programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
