**Clinical Director Position Overview:**

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a team providing clinical support to young people in custody.

As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs and creating a therapeutic environment for residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading structured intervention units and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the clinical team, ensuring all treatment programs meet high standards.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans, considering residents' specific needs and risks.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure coordinated resident care.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advise management on clinical matters and contribute to policy development.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

You must be registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or hold a relevant qualification and have commensurate experience delivering therapeutic services.

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
