National Program Coordinator
About the Role:This is a client-facing position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in sales or account management, with previous field or retail experience highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field timelines.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to deliver on outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Manage end-to-end processes for field team recruitment, including tactical project management.
- Work closely with the National Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the National Program Manager based on trends and patterns in data.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Tableau exposure preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
