Looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a Customer Relationship Advocate to join our team.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers and deliver exceptional experiences that meet their evolving needs. You will be responsible for launching new sites and running onboarding promotions, developing and executing sales strategies, demonstrating product highlights to existing users, evaluating customer needs, mapping customer journeys, and analyzing data to improve engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch new sites and run online/offline onboarding promotions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, monitoring performance and reporting.
  • Demonstrate product highlights to existing users.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs.
  • Map customer success journey with marketing to identify and remove friction.
  • Analyze location and end-user data to improve engagement and retention.
  • Liaise with marketing and IT teams for better user insights.
Requirements:
  • Excellent track record of customer acquisition, re-engagement, retention, and loyalty programs online and offline.
  • Effectively analyze data through segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle analysis to develop ongoing strategies.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented marketer with a bias for action.
  • Background in the M-commerce industry. Hospitality or direct customer management experience is beneficial.
  • Cross-functional experience between operations, IT, and marketing.
