
Lead Responder Network Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our responder network operations and readiness.
About the RoleThis is a critical function that ensures our members receive timely, high-quality support when and where they need it most.
- You will oversee the full responder lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, accreditation, rostering, and ongoing engagement.
- Your key responsibilities include managing compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness.
- You will deliver and monitor training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence.
- You will be responsible for monitoring responder performance and ensuring the team is always prepared to deliver high-quality support.
- You will also build and maintain on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing responder compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness.
- Delivering and monitoring training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence.
- Monitoring responder performance and ensuring the team is always prepared to deliver high-quality support.
- Building and maintaining on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network.
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes to grow and strengthen the responder team.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and overall network performance.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.
- A strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.
- The ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building trust across a dispersed workforce.
