We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our responder network operations and readiness.

About the Role

This is a critical function that ensures our members receive timely, high-quality support when and where they need it most.

  • You will oversee the full responder lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, accreditation, rostering, and ongoing engagement.
  • Your key responsibilities include managing compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness.
  • You will deliver and monitor training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring responder performance and ensuring the team is always prepared to deliver high-quality support.
  • You will also build and maintain on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing responder compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness.
  • Delivering and monitoring training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence.
  • Monitoring responder performance and ensuring the team is always prepared to deliver high-quality support.
  • Building and maintaining on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network.
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes to grow and strengthen the responder team.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and overall network performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.
  • A strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building trust across a dispersed workforce.
