About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and status updates.
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of all activities to meet targets and contracted scope.
  • Resolve project issues and internal roadblocks within project timeframes.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and providing accurate reports and updates.
  • Submit vendor documentation as required by the project scope.
  • Evaluate project results against objectives and determine corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Science or Engineering, Project Management certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience setting and achieving goals, managing time, tasks, and risks.
  • Experience developing strong customer relationships in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and with partners.
  • Experience using internal systems associated with projects ERP.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and Microsoft applications.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial contracts and terms & conditions.
