Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Principal Discipline Engineer, focusing on Civil and Structural technical expertise.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engineering strategies, standards, and frameworks, ensuring that the engineering process and design are optimized and enable safe, efficient construction, commissioning, and operation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review the engineering design for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure the engineering design meets operational, maintenance, construction, and commissioning requirements.
  • Provide technical input to engineering project framing documents.
  • Adopt required legislations, engineering standards, and asset engineering standards in the project scope.
  • Optimize asset standards with the asset engineering team where necessary.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in major projects, EPCM project delivery, and site operations.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in mechanical engineering design and ability to work independently.
  • Strong experience with design of process plants.
  • Able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
