We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Wendouree, Ballarat. As a Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and contributing to better outcomes for their future.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs on offer to children.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children's Check
