About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team at C&K Oxley Childcare Centre. As a valued member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with our experienced educators to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a play-based learning environment that promotes curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Work closely with families to understand their child's needs and develop a tailored approach to support their learning journey.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
What We Offer
  • A permanent full-time role with a competitive hourly rate of $25.10-$33.67, plus salary sacrificing options.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
