C&K is a leading provider of early childhood education in Queensland, and we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at C&K Oxley Childcare Centre.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children and staff.

  • A permanent full-time role with 38 hours of work per week.
  • A competitive wage rate of $25.10-$33.67 per hour, plus salary sacrificing options.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
