We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant ICT transformation initiative within a government entity.
Job Description:The selected candidate will be responsible for leading medium-to-large scale projects from initiation to closure, utilizing a structured delivery framework. They will develop and manage project schedules, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will operate effectively in hybrid environments using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and external vendors. Furthermore, they will prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects within a structured delivery framework.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, and issues to meet project objectives.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with diverse teams and vendors to ensure delivery alignment.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed project documentation.
- Experience in ICT projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
