About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Coordinator to join our expanding Weipa Warehouse Team. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role, working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, store, and dispatch materials within the Warehouse, ensuring system inventory accuracy and system targets are met or exceeded.
  • Participate in warehouse activities including stock takes, maintenance, improvements, administration, and monthly reordering consumables.

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer focus and good communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Forklift Licence is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of CAT and associated products, parts, and services is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work within a team and unsupervised with excellent time management skills.
