**Director, Site Operations Australia Job Description**

About the Role

This position is responsible for leading operations across the APAC region and overseeing a line of business in biospecimen operations. As a senior leader, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality results while ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.

The Director, Site Operations Australia will also oversee multiple teams including accessioning, biorepository, and kit building, driving strategic plans for start-up, growth, and expansion of clinical central lab operations across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop team members to foster a performance-driven and engaged workforce.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including laboratory affiliates.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for start-up, growth, and expansion of clinical central lab operations across the APAC region.
  • Directly manage teams involved in accessioning, biorepository, and kit building.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree such as a Master's (MBA/MS) is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a management role within a clinical or central laboratory environment.
  • Prior experience as a CAP Director preferred.
