Portfolio Asset Manager, Waterfront Precincts

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing iconic waterfront precincts, including The Rocks, Darling Harbour, and Barangaroo.
You will work amongst Sydney's vibrant and iconic locations, navigating diverse priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional visitor experience.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with teams across leasing, property management, design, heritage, and facilities to ensure seamless precinct management and accurate reporting that meets government objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex leases, particularly under the Retail Leases Act and ground leases
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical strengths for managing budgets and complex leases
- Knowledge of building and property maintenance
To succeed in this role, you will need significant industry experience in property/public domain infrastructure management/leasing/asset management or similar.
