Job Description

We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Campsie practice as a key team member. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the front desk reception, and support healthcare professionals with administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre.
  • Collecting and entering patient details into the database.
  • Scheduling appointments (when required).
  • Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Administration support and other ad hoc duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-orientated, and able to multi-task and prioritise. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
