Rigging Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Rigging Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all rigging and cranage activities for our projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires technical expertise and coordination skills to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across structural and mechanical works.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead the lift and drive the project forward by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of rigging and cranage activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute rigging and cranage activities in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  2. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement mitigating measures.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  5. Collaborate with other supervisors and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in rigging and cranage operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically under pressure.
