- Collaborate with other supervisors to achieve key rigging outcomes and drive operational excellence.
- Develop and review work method statements and job safety analyses to minimize risks and optimize performance.
- Supervise mechanical, structural, and project works to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Provide training and verification of competency for rigging teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain lifting equipment and ensure smooth operations.
