Aviation Maintenance Professional

The role of Aviation Maintenance Professional involves overseeing the performance and completion of assigned aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

This position requires a highly skilled individual who can supervise allocated staff, manage resources efficiently, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and industry standards.
  • Supervise allocated staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) and Engineering Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, tasks, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent aircraft maintenance engineering apprenticeship training.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
  • Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
  • Hold a current Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License issued by CASA Australia with the applicable B1 categories.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • BAE 146 | ALF502.
  • DHC-8-Q400 | PW150.
