Graduate Registered Nurse Opportunity

This role presents a chance to join our team as a Graduate Registered Nurse, where you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working directly with residents. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering quality individualised nursing care and committed to increasing their skills through direct support from colleagues and structured supervision.

You will participate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice program with ANMEC and work within a progressive leading aged care provider that values connection and diversity. The successful candidate will possess a police clearance valid for working in aged care and meet the requirements for vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice program with ANMEC.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work directly with residents.
  • Collaborate with peers and other employees across the organisation.
  • Deliver quality individualised nursing care to residents, including complex care needs, with emphasis on wound and pain management.
  • Supervise staff on the floor to ensure care delivered meets service standards and customer service expectations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree in Nursing and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). It is also essential to hold a current First Aid Certificate and have completed a Mandatory Training Program.
