Job Description:

The role of Home Care Worker involves providing home help services such as general housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care. You will also assist clients with mobility and therapy goals, and provide complex care for those with high needs.

  • Provide home help services including general housekeeping, making beds, cleaning, mopping, vacuuming floors, washing, folding, and ironing laundry, and meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Assist clients with personal care services including getting them out of bed, showered, and dressed for the day, assisting with medications, and providing social and emotional support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
  • Experience of at least 3 months in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care.
