About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Logistics Operations Specialist to join our dedicated Bulk Chemical team on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for those who want to commence their career in Transport and Logistics and are looking to grow both personally and professionally alongside our business.

As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Coordination and scheduling of fleet & staff movement, including monitoring hours and delays;
  • Allocation and coordination of customer bookings & deliveries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Building relationships with our current customer base and ensuring a high level of service is offered;
  • Out-of-hours on-call rotating roster;
  • Monitoring and managing all aspects of fatigue compliance;
  • Assisting with payroll-related activities;
  • Accurate management of up-to-date driver paperwork in accordance with legislative and business requirements;
  • Assisting with the commercial process of the division when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience within a similar role, ideally within transport and logistics;
  • Willigness to collaborate within a motivated team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail;
  • Previous experience or understanding of COR, NHVAS, BFM, and Mass Management compliance accreditation systems and regulatory requirements;
  • The ability to do some short-term travel, if required.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
