Chiropractic Assistant Role

Overview of the Position

The Chiropractic Assistant will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Geelong clinic, providing exceptional patient care and support to the team.

This is a casual opportunity that offers flexibility and variety, allowing the successful candidate to work at times that suit them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless communication between the team and clients.
  • Processing payments efficiently using HICAPS and EFTPOS, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a calm, organized, and friendly front desk environment, setting a positive tone for the entire clinic.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in wellness and holistic healthcare, and strong organizational abilities.

Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for ensuring patients feel at ease and valued.
