About the Role

As a casual Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play an important role in the smooth running of our Geelong clinic, stepping in during periods of staff annual leave or illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and managing check-ins with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling
  • Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
  • Maintaining a calm, organised, and friendly front desk environment

Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is welcomed but not required as we provide full training and ongoing support.
