About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our Coles Group team. As a key member of our Merchandise team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and transformation projects for Coles Own Brand.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead program management, governance, and implementation of transformation initiatives for Own Brand, ensuring project teams deliver against required objectives, timelines, and milestones.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing strategy and program governance processes to track and report on key strategic initiatives and transformation projects against measures of success/KPIs
  • Managing and maintaining the Own Brand IT roadmap and initiatives to support scoping, prioritization, planning, and governance
  • Supporting junior team members within the Strategy and Transformation team and project delivery teams

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in transformation and project management, as well as the ability to communicate and influence across numerous levels and varied senior stakeholders.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in transformation and project management
  • Ability to communicate and influence across numerous levels and varied senior stakeholders
  • Experience in the management of timelines, business expectations, and rollout plans/targets
  • Strategic mindset to respectfully challenge the way we work and what may be needed in the roadmap
  • Experience building reports, with clear, concise, and professional communications
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the capability of manipulating data into meaningful reports and trends
