**Systems Analyst - ESOM**

**You will**:

- Guide vendor technical teams to design and deliver solutions and provide resolution of L4 problems.
- Provide L2/L3 systems support and manage a team of 2 support analysts
- Manage and maintain systems and integration configuration and relevant systems documentation.
- Review error reports and proactively identify the root cause of errors and recommend required changes
- Manage all data feeds and integration processes across all NHE enterprise systems and resolve integration failures
- Perform extract/transform/load (ETL) activities as required and conduct database maintenance tasks
- Assist with preparing system environments for upgrades and new releases
- Support and carry out where appropriate the testing and change management activities required for system releases
- Complete regular internal system and security audits
- Manage the security and implementation risks associated with the implementation of new systems by identifying vulnerabilities and developing controls and mitigation protocols

**Essential Skills and Requirements**:

- Good understanding of contemporary IT systems environment and development paths
- Solution planning and specification skills, together with problem solving and analysis abilities
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, information systems or a related field
- Experience in the support and operation of HRIS and CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded
- 'Growth mindset' and drive to continually self-educate on the latest technological and digital advances
- Advanced technical aptitude and data management abilities along with verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management knowledge, qualification and/or experience in a SCRUM or agile environment is desirable
- Work Rights - Birth Certificate or Passport
- 2 Doses, COVID-19 Vaccination

We offer salary packaging up to $15,900.00 pa, monthly RDOs (yes please) and an entertainment allowance of $2,650.00. Secondments, higher duties, training and further education are all on offer at New Horizons.
