Job Title: Physiotherapist

The role of a physiotherapist is crucial in the aged care sector. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident-focused physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Assess and prescribe equipment solutions to support client autonomy and well-being.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with clients, families, and caregivers through clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate progress tracking through meticulous record-keeping.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants to achieve desired outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Current FULL registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (essential).
  • Previous experience working within aged care settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality care.
