IT Operations Graduate Job Overview

We are seeking a recent graduate with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology to join our dynamic IT team as an IT Operations Graduate.

The successful candidate will support end user hardware, software, and dealer websites, gaining knowledge in software asset management processes and maintaining software compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining end user hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, multifunction devices, and mobile devices
  • Supporting maintenance of IT systems, software assets, and IT risk controls
  • Gaining knowledge in software asset management processes and maintaining software compliance
  • Gaining exposure to financial service processes across the full customer lifecycle
  • Collaborating with business, product owners, and agile master to document requirements for infrastructure projects
  • Understanding guidelines and policies aligned with legislative and operational requirements
About You
  • A recent graduate with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Aptitude for IT Operations and working knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile
  • Familiarity with vendor management, risk and audits, and project management
  • Passion for customer focus and understanding customer needs
  • Proactive nature with initiative and accountability
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
