Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team.

The Role

  • Work closely with our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Be responsible for helping residents maintain their independence and ensuring they have control over their support needs.

About the Position

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care sector or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures at all times are essential skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues is crucial.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or completed first-year nursing studies with placement in aged care is necessary.
  • Industry compliance of NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is required; applicants must be willing to obtain it.

This is a busy role that requires frequent movement, bending, lifting, pushing, and squatting to perform duties safely.

Applicants must complete an online medical assessment prior to formal offer to ensure personal and workplace safety standards.
