Demand Planning Manager

Adidas is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, you will be responsible for driving demand planning strategies and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and facilitate the monthly IBP process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans, utilizing statistical forecasting and other analytical tools to inform business strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of demand plans.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a large sales organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with a high level of commercial and business acumen.
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
