Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
  • Draft and publish job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications
  • Oversee pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Facilitate onboarding and site mobilisation for new employees
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and process HR-related invoices
  • Represent the organization professionally at industry and recruitment events
