We are seeking a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (EHSW) Manager to join our team at Raytheon Australia in Exmouth, Western Australia. As EHSW Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling sustainable work practices across our operations.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EHSW strategies, coaching and mentoring direct reports and peers, and partnering with various teams to drive business excellence. You will also lead Critical Risk Management Programs and oversee EHSW audits to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement EHSW Strategy for NCS HEH in partnership with Program Leadership and EHSW Function
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership
  • Prioritize stakeholder engagement and communication to drive business objectives
  • Manage CCC arrangements, meetings, reporting, and workshops with Customers and other PCBU's
  • Lead Critical Risk Management Programs in collaboration with Site Manager and Program Director
  • Oversight EHSW audits (internal and external) for efficient and effective outcomes

About You

  • Relevant qualifications (Diploma or Degree)
  • Investigations training required (ICAM, Government Investigations or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Experience partnering in a multi-PCBU environment highly regarded
  • OFSC experience highly regarded
  • Audit qualifications and/or experience highly regarded
  • Ability to coach and develop peers and reports
  • Knowledge of critical risk management principles or ability to obtain
  • Electrical contractor experience highly regarded
  • Electrical Network Operator experience highly regarded
  • Previous experience in the Defence Industry highly regarded
  • Ability to acquire and maintain NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
