Housekeeping Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent Housekeeper to provide exceptional service by ensuring rooms are clean and comfortable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards
  • Maintaining housekeeping trolleys with essential supplies
  • Handling amenities, chemicals, and equipment according to instructions and safety guidelines
  • Participating in special cleaning projects as directed
  • Accurately recording work completed
  • Minimising waste by monitoring and controlling supplies
  • Demonstrating attention to detail
  • Working independently and flexibly across various shifts
  • Ensuring adherence to hygiene requirements and safe working practices
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and rosters
