Job Description

The role involves working closely with senior immigration lawyers to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of immigration law, from employer-sponsored visas to complex tribunal matters.

  • Assist with typical transactional cases, including visa applications, appeals, and ministerial intervention requests.
  • Prepare submissions, legal arguments, and supporting documentation for clients.
  • Attend hearings, client meetings, and consultations to gain exposure to a wide variety of cases.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on Australian immigration law and policy changes.

Requirements
  • Completed legal studies and ready to take on a full-time legal role.
  • Experience in Australian immigration law preferred.
