Job Role: Immigration Consultant

Location: South Australia

  • We are actively partnering with a group of expert advisors in immigration and internal education.
About the Position

We are seeking a qualified and skilled immigration consultant to join our dynamic team.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a registered migration agent.
  • A graduate diploma in Australian immigration law and practice.
  • Successful completion of the capstone assessment.
  • Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Main Responsibilities

Advise clients on suitable visa options and assess eligibility based on their unique personal and professional circumstances.

  • Prepare, organise, and submit complete visa applications in accordance with Department of Home Affairs requirements.
  • Manage ongoing communication with the Department of Home Affairs, including responding to requests, monitoring application statuses, and providing timely updates to clients.
  • Assist clients in visa appeal or review processes before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), including the preparation of arguments and supporting documents.
