Machine Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a saw machine with confidence and precision, using tools and hand and power tools as required. You may also be involved in occasional assembly work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Saw Machine Operation: With experience in machine operation or a similar industry, you will confidently operate a saw machine, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Tool Use and Handling: You will use a range of tools, including air guns, testing equipment, and soldering irons, with confidence and accuracy.
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: As a skilled Machine Operator, you will interpret technical drawings with ease, ensuring that your work meets the highest standards.
  • Assembly Work: On occasion, you may be required to perform assembly work, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Machine Operating Experience: We require candidates with machine operating experience or similar industry experience to apply for this role.
  • Hand and Power Tool Proficiency: You must be confident in using hand and power tools, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • PPE Requirements: We expect applicants to have their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including HiVis and steel caps.
