Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for travel and customer service.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will provide customers with world-class experience, educate them on products, and represent our brand culture.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, sharing authentic product use and personal travel experiences.
  • Communicate features, benefits, usage, and best care instructions for our products.
  • Demonstrate company culture, including attitude, passion for new experiences, and curiosity, while creating a warm and relaxed environment for customers.
  • Restock shop and stock room independently, counting stock twice a week.
  • Process payments, refunds, and exchanges using the Point of Sale card system.
  • Communicate with the team for order details, pick-up, and delivery.
  • Move boxes for inventory that can weigh up to 6kg.

To succeed in this role:

  • Experience in fashion retail or related field.
  • Passion for travel and customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible late night shopping hours.
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly, and authentic personality.
  • Strong verbal communication and organisational skills.
