This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic services.
About the Role- You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient experiences, ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met at all times.
- The role involves executing Nuclear Medicine/PET procedures to obtain accurate and high-quality diagnostic images, using your expertise and technical knowledge to optimize results.
- You will review requests and perform appropriate procedures in line with department policies and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments.
- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients, adhering to quality and confidentiality standards.
- Nuclear Medicine Procedures: Execute PET/Nuclear Medicine procedures to obtain high-quality diagnostic images, utilizing your expertise and technical knowledge.
- Procedure Review: Review requests and perform procedures in line with department policies and regulations, staying current with industry advancements.
- Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge and skills, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance performance.
- Possession of a passion for patient-centred care and Nuclear Medicine/PET Science qualifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and strong time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Radiation Use Licence for your state or territory (or ability to attain one).
- AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
