We are seeking an Environmental Health professional to lead our team in delivering environmental health services and administering Environmental Health legislation.

This key role is responsible for providing leadership to the community and ensuring that risks to public health are managed.

Council seeks an individual with a strong understanding of relevant legislation including the Food Act 1984, Environmental Protection Act 2017, and associated regulations and standards.

A Degree in Environmental Health (or equivalent) and eligibility for appointment as an Environmental Health Officer under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic) are essential qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental health and be committed to making a real difference in the community.
