Coles is introducing a unique leadership program to transform passionate retail leaders into successful Store Managers. This exciting opportunity allows you to grow your career as a retail leader and take on a place in our prestigious Coles Store Manager Accelerator program.

About the Program

The Store Manager Accelerator Program has been designed for high-potential candidates to achieve accelerated progression into a Store Manager role with Coles. As part of a close-knit cohort, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

This program aims to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores, and over time, achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles at Coles. We encourage applications from all ages, nationalities, abilities, and cultures – including those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, the LGBTQI+ community, and those living with disability.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Leadership skills and commercial nous
  • A passion for developing others and making a real difference to your local community
  • The drive to work in a fast-paced environment with high-performing teams
  • Experience working in a retail environment (preferred)
  • Ability to delegate to team leaders to deliver key commercial outcomes
