Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist to join our organisation in Melbourne. This role will involve working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to daily stand-ups, card kick-offs, walkthroughs, and showcases.
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code bases, unit tested against acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a continuous integration build status and react quickly to build failures.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and testers on technical design decisions.
  • Complete prioritised story development tasks as per the project backlog.
  • Create and maintain documentation on code and design decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in software development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
