Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR team, ensuring that all personnel-related policies and procedures are adhered to, and that our hotel's actions are aligned with our corporate HR strategy.
">">The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field, such as HR or Business Administration, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position with an international brand hotel. You will also possess excellent analytical and planning skills, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, and have a strong understanding of federal, state and local labor laws.
">In addition to your technical skills, you will also be required to demonstrate strong ownership and result-driven behavior, with the ability to coach and develop others. You will also need to be a team player, with a strategic mindset and good organizational and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage the day-to-day activities of the HR team">
- Ensure that all personnel-related policies and procedures are adhered to">
- Align our hotel's actions with our corporate HR strategy">
- Develop and implement effective performance evaluation systems and recognition programs">
- Coach and develop other members of the HR team">
- Represent the hotel in union negotiations and related activities">
- Oversee the recruitment and selection processes">
- Develop and maintain relationships with local government agencies and labor bureaus">
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations">
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by management">
